  Took a picture Film Roll to get it revealed. Typically 7-10 business days, waited 28 days and no call about my pictures being ready. I drove there on 3 different occasions only to hear the same story of them not being able to locate my pictures. By far worst customer service, they lost my graduation pictures. Stay Away from these unprofessionals. Very important pictures lost due to the stupidity of people not caring. Hiring staff should be fired for hiring people who don't care about anything.
